Hunch Circle and Startup Odisha Partner to Elevate Odisha’s Startup Ecosystem
In a significant development for Odisha’s entrepreneurial landscape, Hunch Circle Private Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Startup Odisha to strengthen the state’s startup ecosystem.
This collaboration aims to provide funding, mentorship, and global market access to Odisha-based startups, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. Hunch Circle, a portfolio company of Delhi-based investment firm Hunch Ventures, has strong roots in Odisha and is committed to supporting the state’s emerging businesses, the company said in a statement.
The partnership is designed to help local startups expand globally by offering tailored market entry programs, funding opportunities, and logistical support for entry into developed markets across Asia, Europe, the UK, and the USA.
As part of the initiative, mentorship and cultural training programs led by global experts will prepare startups for international success. Additionally, Odisha-based entrepreneurs will gain access to global expos, trade fairs, and conferences, with complete logistical assistance ensuring effective participation.
Hunch Circle will also collaborate with state-supported incubation centers to introduce specialized acceleration programs, equipping startups with the skills needed for global expansion. The partnership further includes opportunities for investment and networking, with international roadshows and pitching sessions aimed at connecting Odisha’s startups with venture capitalists and angel investors worldwide.

The MoU was signed during the fourth edition of ‘Utkarsh Odisha – Make in Odisha Conclave 2025’, an event inaugurated by Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, along with several Union Cabinet Ministers. This partnership is set to open new doors for Odisha’s startups, offering them unprecedented global opportunities and contributing to the state’s economic growth and development.
